Sam is the Manager at Tringham and has been in this role since September 2019. Sam qualified as a Nursery Nurse in 1999 and worked in a wide range of Early Years settings. She then undertook a BA Hons Degree in Education and qualified as a teacher in 2013. Sam has experience as a Reception and Year 1 teacher. She is also the setting DSL.
Natalie is one of the Deputy Managers at Tringham and has been qualified as a Nursery Nurse for 20 years during which time she has gained lots of experience in many different types of settings. Natalie has worked in Day Nurseries and as a Nanny. Natalie has been at Tringham since September 2015. Natalie is our 2 Year Old Ambassador and Behaviour Lead. Natalie is qualified as a Level 3 Forest School Leader.
Christine is one of the Deputy Managers at Tringham and is the font of all knowledge when it comes to the Pre-school as she has been at Tringham for over 13 years. Christine’s first key children will now be taking their GCSEs! Christine gained her Level 3 qualification during this time and is currently the setting’s First Aid Officer and the Deputy DSL.
Sarita has been with the pre-school for a few years and has recently qualified as a Level 3 Early Years Educator. Previous to working with us Sarita used to run the local church toddler group for many years. She has also been involved with the scouting association, most currently as the leader of a Beaver Pack. Sarita is also qualified as a Level 3 Forest School Leader.
Francesca joined us in June 2018. She has a Level 2 and 3 qualification in Childcare and has previous experience as a nanny and in Nursery Settings. Francesca has taken on the role of SENCO and has recently attending training to support this.
Natalie joined the team in October 2017. She came to Tringham with a wealth of experience. Natalie has been involved with the Girl Guiding Association for as long as she can remember. Natalie has led Rainbow and Guide Units and is currently based in West End. Natalie is currently undertaking the Early Educator Training.
Stephanie joined us in January 2019 and has soon become an asset to the team. Although she does not hold a formal qualification, Stephanie has previous experience working in Early Years Settings and some fantastic ideas.
