Sarita

Sarita has been with us many years and is Joint Manager with Natalie. Sarita is qualified as a Level 3 Early Years Educator, Level 3 Forest School Leader and Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO). Sarita has many years experience of working with children and enjoys volunteering within the local community

Natalie

Natalie joined the team in October 2017 and is Joint Manager with Sarita. She came to Tringham with a wealth of experience and is qualified as a Level 3 Early Years Educator. Natalie was involved with the Girl Guide Association for many years, leading her own Rainbow and Guide Units.

Christine

Christine is Deputy Manager at Tringham and is the font of all knowledge when it comes to the pre-school as she has been at Tringham for over 18 years. Christine gained her Level 3 qualification during this time and is currently the settings First Aid Officer and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

Susan

Susan joined us in March 2021 having previously been both a parent and an active member of the committee when her eldest attended the pre-school. Although Susan has never pursued a career in teaching, she does hold a PGCE qualification. She enjoys the outdoors and the learning opportunities this offers

Nicola

Nicola joined the team in September 2022. Nicola is qualified with a Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce. Nicola comes to Tringham with a wealth of knowledge having previously worked within a Montessori Nursery. Nicola is also responsible for the organisation and running of our CTG (Closing the Gap) sessions. Nicola enjoys gardening, walking her dog and spending time with family.

Jasmine

Jasmine is the newest member of the team, who joined us in June 2023. Jasmine is qualified with a Level 3 Diploma, she also has a wealth of experience and knowledge from working in other local Pre-school settings, as well as having her own children. Jasmine enjoys walking and exploring new places. We are delighted to welcome Jasmine to the team.

Diane

Diane joined the pre-school in July 2021 and gained a Certificate in Education in the 1980s. Diane worked as a primary school teacher before settling in Early Years education when her own children were born. She previously worked at a local pre-school until it closed its doors. She enjoys pilates, drama and creative activities.
