Our Staff

Sam is the Manager at Tringham and has been in this role since September 2019. Sam qualified as a Nursery Nurse in 1999 and worked in a wide range of Early Years settings. She then undertook a BA Hons Degree in Education and qualified as a teacher in 2013. Sam has experience as a Reception and Year 1 teacher. She is also the setting DSL.


Sarita has been with us a few years and has recently become joint deputy manager. Sarita is qualified as a level 3 Early Years Educator and Level 3 Forest School Leader. Sarita is taking over as SENCO from Sept 2020.


Christine is one of the Deputy Managers at Tringham and is the font of all knowledge when it comes to the Pre-school as she has been at Tringham for over 13 years. Christine’s first key children will now be taking their GCSEs! Christine gained her Level 3 qualification during this time and is currently the setting’s First Aid Officer and the Deputy DSL.


Natalie joined the team in October 2017. She came to Tringham with a wealth of experience and is Level 3 qualified. Natalie has been involved with the Girl Guiding Association for as long as she can remember. Natalie has led Rainbow and Guide Units and is currently based in West End.

Ruqia joined the team in October 2021 and is a qualified Level 4 Montessori Teacher. She has a wealth of experience within the early years sector and has led been a room leader within a local day nursery. She has completed her Surrey Senco training and has a specific interest in children with SEN. She enjoys creative activities and is looking forward to learning all about our forest school ethos.

Susan joined us in March 2021 having previously been both a parent and an active member of the committee when her eldest attended the pre-school. Although Susan has never pursued a career in teaching, she does have a PGCE qualification. She enjoys the outdoor learning environment and looks forward to being a part of forest school team as well.

Diane joined the Pre-school in July 2021 and qualified as a teacher in 1980s. She worked as a primary teacher before settling in early years education when her own children were born. She worked at a local pre-school until it closed its doors and after taking a short break she has decided to reprise her passion for working with young children. She enjoys pilates, drama and creative activities.
